Hi! I’m Nick. I am an award winning wedding photographer based in Dayton, Ohio. I don’t like to brag but I am also a Husband to one beautiful lady, a Father to my three amazing boys, and a big camera geek. I like to serve couples who care deeply about their pictures and who want a vibrant style of photography that also tells a story. In other words, I want to make pictures that make your friends and families laugh and cry. My goal is for you to have an amazing day, I will take care of the rest so you can really enjoy yourself!
20 years ago, I started 808 Studios Photography. Just me, my awesome gear, and a passion for making art that connects my couples to their unique love story. At the time I had no idea 808 would become Ohio’s leading wedding photography studio in the industry, Being picked by the Knot for Best of list, and winning Album of the year three years straight. But it didn’t stop there. Along the way I met other amazing artists who shared my vision and passion SO I brought them on to join the 808 team. Now we are a small group of creative professionals who all enjoy carbs, Rasing Cane’s Chicken fingers and a crying mother of the bride. Together we have been published in several national blogs, magazines and won multiple awards, including my award for photographer of the year.
Personally, I love shooting weddings! I think I was put here to do it, But I love making friends with my bride and grooms even more. That is truly one of the biggest perks for me! So, once you hit the bottom of this page use the contact link and give me a shout! I would love to hear all about your day! Now I get to introduce you to my 808 family of amazing photographers!
Photography is about the only thing that can separate me from my family. My beautiful wife and I got married in 2010 after Graduating from Wright State University. We now have a son who we love to watch grow, and don’t like to miss any time with him! I am a huge Ohio State fan, love my family, friends and my Goldendoodle. I love to travel, especially to places I have never been, because it’s so much fun to photograph something as you see it for the first time. I have been very blessed in recent years to be able to travel to many places outside the US and see some amazing places in the world.
