Ashley and Josh’s E-Session

Ashley and Josh’s wedding is just around the corner on July 11th, so we met up at Cox for their engagement session. It was a beautiful evening for a stroll in the park! We had a great time shooting and chatting about the wedding, it really seems like Ashley and Josh (Ashley) has a handle on it all! Looking forward to the 11th guys! Angie and Corey

We really luck out on the weather with Angie and Corey! While all my fellow wedding photographers got rained on we were north of town in Engelwood and maybe got a misting of rain while we were driving to the reception with Marci hanging out the sunroof of my car! One thing I really love about Angie and Corey was how into the wedding they both were, you can really tell all of the personal little touches they put on the wedding to make it unique! Angie always has such a bright smile on her face, and Corey, well Corey’s smile really only comes out when he’s with Angie. I have the photographoc proof!! We had an awesome time with them, they were so agreeable to everything we wanted to do, even the photos in front of the tomb! We noticed this cool red door behind the church in the cemetery and I just could resist shooting with it! I’m glad we did because the shot of the two of them is now hanging as a massive print in our new studio! Come by and see it sometime! Anne and Jeff

I just had to get on here and tell everyone how much fun we had yesterday at Anne and jeffs wedding! It may be a little longer till we get the pics up cause we shot so many, but I promise it’ll be worth the wait! And, if you’re ever in the neighborhood stop in to see the wall we’ll have covered with the breathtaking shot we did of Anne in front of the ivy!!

Leah and Matt

I woke up on Saturday with a slight disappointed look on my face, Leah and Matt had planned to do all our photographs outside, and the sky was nothing but dark clouds! We packed our cameras up and headed up to Brookville. Luckily the rain held off for a few hours so we could get the guys photographed before the girls and get to my favorite part of the day: Leah and Matt’s time together. They wanted to spend more time together than the average couple on the day of their wedding and how honored were we that they let us be a part of it. Right after we finished the girls photos we let everyone head inside the church while Leah waited patiently for Matt to come see her. Matt was anxious, so much that I don’t think he heard me when I said he can come join us to see Leah! He just couldn’t wait to see her and I could understand why, She was just breath taking. It was truly a griping moment when they first saw each other, the embraced like he just got home from a summers vacation, they promptly let us know they were up for photos! We moved quickly and just finished up the last of the wedding party photos as the rain rush in and forced us back inside. Another of my favorite moments was Dad and Leah coming down the aisle, Dads eyes welled up and he held onto Leah’s hand with the clamping force of an alligator and I could see Her Mom’s eyes tearing up as well. After the ceremony it seemed like the hand of god wiped away the clouds after the ceremony! It opened up to the brightest bluest sky I’d seen in a long time and it made for some gorgeous exiting shots front the church. Leah and Matt: Thank you from the bottom of my heart for being one of the most gracious couples we’ve had to date and making your day as warm and heartfelt as you have made us feel working with you over the past year. A big thanks to the families for making us feel at home, and a quick shout-out to the wedding party! “NICK, NICK, NICK, NICK!!” I’ve never been routed for at a wedding!! That was the best!
