I photographed Lisa and Andy’s wedding about 5 years ago and they just welcomed the newest member of their family, Evan, into the world. Since they were in town they called to do some family pics! It was so awesome catching up with them – It’s been 5 years! I can’t believe it. Just love seeing my past couples with their new families!! Great to see you Lisa and Andy, and Nice to meet you Evan! – Nick

Brittany and David had a beautiful wedding at Ivy Hills Country Club the last weekend in September. What an awesome couple! I had the pleasure of doing 2 E-Sessions with them, one for the save the dates in the winter and the real one when it got a bit warmer in the spring. I loved every minute of working with them, Brittany was very organized and David was along for the ride, Ha! So we had tones of time with them to head downtown to some spots I had picked out, and while we had to caravan we vertainly had a blast traveling around together. Their wedding party was a riot, I swear we laughed the entire day with them, even the last few shots of the night Blake and I could barely stand – they were all hilarious and it really doesn’t get any better for us at weddings than having that and feeling like we’re one of the family. Thanks Brittany and David! You and your families were spectacular to work with!! Click here to view the show on YouTube, or watch it below. You can view and purchase prints here. This was such a fun day for me and Marci! Erica altered her mom’s wedding dress so that she could wear it! What a beautiful tribute to her mom! Erica and Gerard were a lot of fun! We went to a couple of great spots and then to Jimmy’s Ladder 11 bar by UD for a few drinks and some silly pics. The reception was at the Boonshoft Children’s Museum, how cool. It was the perfect place since there were a ton of kids on the guest list! All the guests were treated to a show in the Space Theater, it sure was a fun night for everyone! We had a great time working with you Erica and Gerard! Click here to view all the images and Click here to see the show on YouTube or watch it below. Thanks! – Sandra

Love this one! I could see that Lisa is very close to her family. Mom was with us getting ready and Her and Dad were right next to eachother the whole time before the ceremony. So nice to see that these days. I’m sure they like her for the same reasons we do, she’s just as nice as they come – what a sweetie!
Lisa and Phil had their ceremony in Beavercreek before heading to NCR Country Club for their reception.
I love NCR especially this time of year, the lighting is great – and the service is excellent. Thanks to a little bit of extra time after the ceremony we were able to hit up a few fun spots for some groups after the wedding – glad we had that time too, it was windy and we needed it. I think one of my favorite moments was the stop out Blind Bills in the OD, we got a speech from a rather hairy man that wasn’t a part of the wedding party but was obviously in the spirit like wedding party was. Blake and I really enjoyed shooting with everyone – The wedding party was a riot, they had us laughing all day long. Thanks for having us! We had a great time! -Nick

I LOVED this wedding!! I don’t know if I’ve had more fun at a wedding than we had with Whitney and Nathan. I was so impressed by them when we first met. Not only could I tell they were just the kind of couple we love working with but they genuinely cared about their wedding and making sure their friends and family enjoyed it as much as they did. I can’t even count the amount of locations we hit with them – every time I said lets do this or lets do one more over here they both said SURE! Even when it was a couple minutes till we were supposed to be at the reception they wanted to go to one more place that was the complete opposite direction of Webster St Market. How cool is that!? Well there is a huge payoff for them in amazing images- nearly 1000 of them and everyone one is as good as the next. This is exactly what happens when a couple wants us to do our thing and do it well – for them. Thank you, thank you, thank you Whitney and Nathan! I am so happy that we were there with you and I will always remember how much fun we had. I can’t wait to work on your album, it will be in your hands and at the studio on my coffee table very soon. Come on by and see it! Click here to view the show on YouTube, Click here with your iphone, ipad or smartphone to download their custom app, or view all the images here. -Nick
