UPDATE: Working around the clock!

Hello to everyone! Just wanted to let everyone out there who follows our blog regularly and those who have been hovering patiently to see their images from their weddings or E-Sessions that we are tirelessly working around the clock to edit and post. We’ve been having such a wonderful time shooting this month and the fall is usually busy but nothing like we have seen this year! A normal month for 808 Studios consists of a wedding each weekend (about 4 a month) and about 2-3 E-Sessions. This October we will end up shooting TEN weddings and about 15 Engagement sessions, with a few family and Senior sessions tossed in to make us well-rounded photographers on top of shooting a E-Session in Boston, MA and a Wedding in Hilton Head, SC. I have been working 12 hour days every day for the last month just to keep up with the demand, but we are still a little behind so we thank you for your patience while we work to deliver those wonderful images you’ve been looking forward to! Rachel and Brian

Rachel and Brian got married on October 3rd. It was a truly beautiful wedding and Rachel looked amazing. We had such a good time taking the pictures all day with such a fun group of people. It was cool to see some of our past brides sisters in this wedding, just like old times. There was so many neat places at and around the church to do pictures, it was hard for us to stop taking pictures. After the ceremony we went to this neat barn in West Chester to do Rachel and Brian’s pictures and the bridal party’s too. It was a really nice place with this awesome pond out front. The sun was setting and the sky was gorgeous in the background. I hope you enjoy the pictures as much as we did taking them. You can see the rest of images by clicking here. Thanks!

Ali and Jeff’s E-Session in Boston, MA

Ali and Jeff and I met through a mutual friend, They went to college with a past couple of mine who we photographed three summers ago, Jennifer and Brian. when we first met about the wedding details they asked me if I would be interested to go to Boston to shoot thier engagement session! I immedeately said YES! I have a cousin who lives there with his family and I don’t get to see him and his kids much so we used it as an excuse to see them and visit Boston. So Jeff and I emailed and phone called the details, he bought some Red Sox tickets and Heather and I packed up the jeep and headed out for our week long adventure from West Chester, Ohio to Hilton Head South Carolina (to shoot a wedding) via Boston MA! They couldn’t have been more gracious hosts we spent about 6 hours shooting and walking around the city seeing some of their faorite places and getting to know all about them. My beautiful assistant (and Fiance) Heather and Ali really hit it off, and that was good cause I think me and Jeff must have talked guy stuff most of the day. The evening was my favorite part, we changed into our jeans and walked over to Fenway Park which was elbow to elbow with excited fans, and all kinds of delicous smells in the air! I got my favorite pic of the day while they sat on a stoop and shared some peanuts with eachother. The night was eventually capped off with us running through the city in the rain triying to find a cab. It was truly and adventure for the ages and a fun filled day I could never forget! Amanda and Zak’s E-Session

I joined Amanda and Zak out at Cox a little bit ago on a beatiful fall day. This was actually the first time I met Zak, Amanda came in and met with me by herself originally. But it ended up Zak used to work for the Dad of a great old friend of mine doing landscaping, Small world huh! Amanda and Zak are one of my December weddings, and I’m really looking forward to it. I just love shooting weddings in the winter! We;; see you in a few months Amanda and Zak! Can’t wait! -Nick

Laurel and David and I met at one of my favorite little spots for shooting, Normandy Church for their E-Session a few weeks back. Theyre having their wedding there in June so it ended up being great practice for all of us! They were usch a fun couple I think they laughed through the whole session!
