One of the things I love most about shooting weddings is getting to see two people who were made for each other get together. Jenelle and David are just perfect for each other, I loved seeing them laugh and giggle together. One of the best laughs we had was when we shot the “serious” picture for the family history line. Got to show it to them on the camera, then I got a huge high five from David and a huge chuckle from both of them. I love being able to give couples exactly what they want, getting the high five is the icing! They are two of the nicest people you could ever meet and it was so evident with the big wedding party and the mass of friends and family that attended. So it rained, a lot actually, that wasn’t awesome but it really gave us the opportunity to shoot in the Schuster Center which I haven’t done in years. So, it was a positive for Jenelle and David cause their images will be completely unique to them. Thanks Jenelle and David, I loved working with you can’t wait to work with you on the album and the family photos (in a few years of course!) See you soon! -Nick Click here to view all the images and comment with Facebook. Click here to download their custom app to your smartphone or tablet.

Jenna and Jeff had their wedding at St Mary’s in Dayton, one of my favorite churches. After a quick set of family photos and a fun shot of all the guests at the church steps we headed out for the fun stuff at a couple of choice spots in Dayton. Got to shoot a lot with them outside at Sycamore Country Club where the reception was, that was a blast. We took the whole family and wedding party down on golf carts to a spot I picked out a couple weeks before. It was nice having the family there to be a part of it, they are usually so busy handling all the other details for the reception. Got to work with my favorite DJ, Brian Harris, at the reception too so it was a blast! Jeff and Jenna are just as cool as it gets. Loved working with these two, the wedding party and their families. Everyone was just nice as can be, we laughed all day with them and partied all night with them! Thanks Jenna and Jeff, you two are just downright adorable together! It was such a privelege to be there with you and have a blast shooting! Looking forward to seeing you again soon! -Nick Click here to view their images and comment on Facebook. I love these two! It’s been a long time since I met Kira and Nick, I think it was a winter wedding show over a year and a half ago, but the moment I met them I knew it would be a fantastic wedding. Their love for each other is inspiring for everyone around them and I knew shooting their wedding and working with them would be a great time, but that was an understatement! I absolutely loved shooting them, both at the E-Session and Nashville and the day of their wedding. They make you feel so welcome when you’re with them, there is an instant feeling of being one of their best friends for years and I was able to just have fun and shoot away. At the wedding We laughed a lot, joked around constantly, got a bit damp in the eyes and you just couldn’t wipe the smiles off our faces if you tried. The best part of the wedding day for me was getting to shoot them again, you just have to feel happy when you’re with these two, plus it was a beautiful day and the wedding party was hilarious! I loved everything about the day and I’m sure they did too. A big heartfelt thank you to you both, Kira and Nick, You made me feel right at home in Nashville and made me feel like I was shooting two of my best friends at your wedding. Can’t thank you enough for your hospitality and the great pleasure of working with you! Click here to view all the images and comment on them for Facebook. Sara and Mike’s wedding is coming up in a few weeks! Caon’t wait because they are amazing people so I’m very much looking forward to working with them again. I worked with Mike many years ago at a camera store when he was in High school. He’s really turned out to a great guy and I’m sure Sara agrees with me – she said yes! It was just really cool to see a kid I knew a long time ago grow up to be such a cool man now and get engaged to one of the nicest ladies you could ever meet. Plus, we got a beer together afterwards and last time I saw him he was still well under 21! See you guys in a couple weeks! -Nick

Jill and John are such a fun couple! I loved every minute of working with them and their family. They let me take them to wherever I wanted so we could do some really fun stuff and I love that! Best part for me of their day was having Jill’s Son and Daughter as their best Man and Maid of Honor. It was really cool of them to be there for them, and I know it made the day for Jill and John all that more meaningful. There’s nothing better than shooting beautiful people on a beautiful June day, having the kids there is even better. The wedding and Reception were at Beavercreek County Club which is one of my favorite places to work – Leslie is awesome! We all danced into the night and even got a pic of a keg stand for the PhotoGuestbook – What a fantastic day! Kim and Michael met me for their E-Session a few weeks back. First we headed down to the University of Dayton, where Kim and Michael first met their freshman year and we wandered around campus with their adorable one-year-old Golden Retriever, Shift, for pictures. Kim’s sister and maid of honor Karen tagged along with us with encouraging words of wisdom to the cute couple. After UD, we headed to the Greene just as the sun was starting to set and got some great shots! I can’t wait to work with these two in September, see you guys then! -Marci

Love these two! Just so cute together and as nice as can be. We got to do a mix of the garden and the urban so we could have some variety for them. Then we got to hit Jimmy’s Ladder 11 afterwards for some drinks to chat wedding plans. Really looking forward to shooting with them this weekend, and shooting a bit more indoors than usual! 😉 See you soon guys! -Nick
